Are you having difficulties with:
- Temper Tantrums?
- Biting?
- Development Delays?
- Toilet Training?
- Discipline?
- Special Needs?
- The Child Resource center can help!
Our mission is to provide quality services to children and families which will enrich their lives and empower them to achieve their fullest potential.
Example Problem:
Linda provides care in her home for several children. A3 year old little girl refuses to stay on her mat at nap time. Instead, she runs, yells, and hits others while they try to sleep.
The Solution:
Establish a routine nap time. Have nap at the same time each day, following a calming activity (reading a story or singing a song).
Create a restful environment - have blankets and pillows ready in the nap area.
Help the children relax - play soft music, whisper, and dim the lights.
Remind the child that "resting time is growing time". In order for their bodies to grow big and strong they need to rest.
