Birth to Three Program:
West Virginia Birth to Three is a statewide system of services and supports for children under age three who have a delay in their development, or may be at risk of having a delay. Services include physical and occupational therapy, vision and audiology services, nursing, and counseling, all of which are provided in collaboration with each child’s family.

Right From the Start:
Right From the Start serves pregnant women who are Medicaid eligible and some infants until their first birthday. Services include childbirth education, smoking cessation, parenting and nutrition classes, medical case management, and transportation arrangements for medical appointments.

Child and Adult Care Food Program:
The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) is a nutrition program funded by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) and administered in West Virginia by the West Virginia Department of Education. It is designed to help eligible family day care providres serve nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks to children and infants enrolled in approved family day homes. The program provides cash reimbursement for meals that meet USDA standards and are served during approved family day care hours.

The Child Care Resource Center, sponsored by Catholic Community Services, is a separate entity from the
West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (Department). The Department has not control over the daily operations of the Child Care Resource Center, nor is it liable for the actions of the Child Care Resource Center. This program is being presented with financial assistance as a grant from the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources.
